Do you love creating videos, spotting trends before everyone else, and telling stories that people actually want to watch? If you're a content creator who lives and breathes social media, Alpha Building Center wants you on our team.
We're growing, and we're looking for an energetic, creative, and trend-savvy Social Media Specialist to help bring our brand to life across multiple platforms. This isn't a sit-at-your-desk-all-day marketing role. You'll be out capturing real moments, creating engaging content, collaborating with great people, and showing thousands of customers what makes Alpha Building Center different.
What You'll Do
Create scroll-stopping content
- Capture photos and videos at our locations, events, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Create engaging reels, shorts, TikToks, and social-first content
- Have fun working with staff and customers to tell authentic stories
Own our social presence
- Create, manage, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- Use Meta Business Suite to keep content organized and performing
- Monitor trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to keep our content fresh
Create smarter with an AI mindset
- Leverage emerging tools to accelerate ideation, streamline workflows, and elevate content quality
- Bring a forward-thinking mindset that helps us stay ahead of the curve
Design and build our brand
- Create marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite under the direction of our Marketing Manager within our established guidelines
- Maintain consistent branding across digital and print platforms
- Collaborate with departments across all Alpha Building Center locations
What We're Looking For
✅ You're a creative storyteller who knows how to capture attention
✅ You're comfortable behind a camera, editing a video, or designing graphics
✅ You stay current on social trends because you genuinely enjoy it
✅ You can take an idea and run with it while still being open to feedback
✅ You're organized, dependable, and can manage multiple projects at once
✅ You enjoy working with people and bringing their stories to life
Skills & Experience
Required Experience
- Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- Content creation and social media best practices
- Strong writing, editing, communication, and collaboration skills
- CapCut
- TikTok Editor
- Meta Business Suite
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Creating both graphic and video content
Bonus Points If You Have Experience With
- Canva
- Google Ads
- WordPress
- Avada Website Builder

Compensation: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
