Responsibilities:
- Perform window repairs and installations with precision and care.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate window solutions.
- Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and building codes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and correspond with customers
- Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new window technologies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in window repair and installation.
- Strong knowledge of window types, materials, and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
