Genevieve! This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling options. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile daily bank deposits
- Perform QuickBooks data entry
- Support the accounting team with various tasks
Requirements:
- Accounting/bookkeeping experience (a plus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person!)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
