About the Role:
Join Kunath's Hardware as a Sales Associate, where you'll be the friendly face our customers rely on for expert advice and quality service. In this dynamic role, you'll engage with customers, helping them find the right tools and materials for their projects while contributing to a welcoming store atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting products and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
- Restock shelves and manage inventory to ensure product availability.
- Conduct product demonstrations and promote special offers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and store objectives.
- Stay informed about new products and industry trends.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant retail experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Passion for home improvement and DIY projects.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
