Yard Team Lead – Lumberyard Division
We’re looking for a Yard Team Lead to help keep our lumberyard running safely, smoothly, and organized. This is a hands-on role — you’ll work right alongside our yard crew, help customers, and make sure the day’s work gets done right.
If you like working outdoors, staying busy, and being part of a good team, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Pitch in with daily yard work — loading materials, helping customers, and keeping things tidy.
- Help organize the crew and keep jobs moving on schedule.
- Make sure safety and good customer service come first.
- Work with store and delivery teams to keep orders accurate.
- Use (and help maintain) forklifts and other yard equipment.
- Keep an eye out for better ways to do things and share ideas.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a lumberyard, warehouse, or similar setting.
- Someone dependable, organized, and ready to lend a hand wherever needed.
- A good communicator who likes working with people.
- Forklift experience is great, but we’ll train the right person.
- Positive attitude and pride in doing a job well.

Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
