We’re a locally owned lumberyard and hardware store focused on quality, knowledge, and dependable service—supported by accurate records and organized operations.

This role is a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable managing financial and office responsibilities.

What You’ll Do:
Process vendor invoices and ensure bills are paid on time
Prepare and send monthly customer statements
Organize and accurately code expenses
Monitor and pay taxes on schedule
Manage credits and ensure they are applied and distributed properly
Assist with customer order entry as needed
Support general office functions and maintain organized records
Work closely with our team to keep operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or office administration (required)
Familiarity with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Clear communication and a team-oriented mindset
Someone dependable who takes pride in their work
