About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Northwoods Wholesale Outlet as an RV/Marine Sales Associate! This exciting position offers the opportunity to connect with outdoor enthusiasts and help them find the perfect RV or marine equipment to enhance their adventures.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
Demonstrate RV and marine products, highlighting features and benefits.
Manage sales transactions and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
Assist in inventory management and merchandising to ensure an appealing sales floor.
Participate in promotional events and community outreach to drive sales.
Provide exceptional customer service to foster long-term relationships.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance.

Requirements:

Previous sales experience in retail, preferably in RV or marine industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
Knowledge of RVs and marine products is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
Positive attitude and a passion for outdoor activities.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is a bonus.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
