Responsibilities:

Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Greet customers when entering or leaving department and provide answers to customer inquiries regarding Grocery items.
Engages and maintains a professional working relationship with vendors.
Maintains price changes and promotions and enters new items into the system for vendors. Removing special pricing when sale period ends. This includes different departments within grocery or outside of the grocery department.
Preparing and printing Final Ad for Ad meeting to reflect input of AG Grocery Weekly/Monthly Advertisement, ABS monthly Advertisement and In-Store Specials.
Weekly check of invoice pricing from Liquor Companies and ensuring signage is consistent with current pricing on displays and endcaps.
Price checks on Invoices
Maintain Cigarette prices on individual packs.
Maintain batch items (Beer Company Promotions or other special circumstances), by entering the items as a batch into the system, create signs, ensure signage is removed when necessary.
Maintaining inventory of signs and tags to ensure there is always enough to accomplish the job.
Proficient in operating different software systems, Master Maintenance, Smart X, RDS or Transact.
Report mechanical problems with any equipment through the use of Work Order Forms.
Answer customers' questions and get a manager if answer doesn't solve the issue
