As an Inside Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales across a broad range of product categories, including doors, windows, decking materials, tools and accessories, and interior trim. You’ll be expected to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions while maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

You’ll also support customers at our Service Desk by answering questions related to DIY projects. A strong understanding of construction practices and building materials is essential to succeed in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with product selection and purchases in-store
Provide knowledgeable support for customer DIY projects at the Service Desk
Manage orders and track special orders to ensure timely delivery and accuracy
Maintain product displays and restock merchandise as needed
Participate in vendor-led product training sessions to stay current with offerings
Deliver excellent customer service by resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
