What You’ll Do:

Assist customers in-store and over the phone with questions about lumber, hardware, paint, windows, doors, and more
Offer helpful advice and product recommendations to support customers’ home improvement projects
Process special orders and use our point-of-sale system for lookups and transactions
Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and welcoming
Help load materials into customer vehicles when needed
Pitch in with various store tasks to keep things running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Friendly, can-do attitude and a desire to learn
Knowledge of building materials is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work Saturdays
Self-motivated and organized with problem-solving skills
