Position Summary
The Lead Overhead Door Installer is responsible for delivering high-quality installation and repair services for residential and commercial overhead doors and openers. This role requires strong attention to safety, organization, and customer service, as well as the ability to lead by example in the field.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service within the Overhead Door Division.
- Install and repair residential and commercial overhead doors and openers.
- Perform emergency service calls and overtime work as needed.
- Ensure all jobsites are clean, safe, and organized at the end of each workday.
- Maintain service vehicles, trailers, tools, and equipment in safe working condition.
- Keep service vehicles properly stocked with necessary parts and materials.
- Follow all company safety rules, policies, and procedures.
- Assist service crew members and support team operations as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Overhead Door shop.
- Assist with inventory counts and material management.
Job-Specific Duties
- Complete daily vehicle and trailer inspection forms prior to traveling to jobsites.
- Accurately complete work orders before leaving each jobsite.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and proper storage of door panels and materials.
- Attend all required safety meetings and complete training in a timely manner.
Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Location Requirement
- Must be able to commute to or relocate to Plainview, MN prior to starting employment.
Qualifications
- Experience preferred; training provided for the right candidate.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Due to the safety and/or security sensitive nature of this classification, individuals shall be subject to pre-employment or pre-placement alcohol, drug and/or controlled substance testing as outlined in the handbook. Certain positions within this class are subject to DOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) drug and alcohol testing as outlined in 49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 382 (by assignment).
Pay is based upon experience and aptitude.
Experience preferred, willing to train the right candidate.

Compensation: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
