Farm and Home Hardware is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Person & Cashier to join our team! This dual-role position is perfect for someone who enjoys both behind-the-scenes organization and front-line customer service.

🔧 Job Duties Include:

Inventory Responsibilities:

Receive, unpack, and organize incoming merchandise
Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
Conduct routine stock counts and assist with stockroom organization
Restock shelves and ensure sales floor is properly stocked

Cashier Responsibilities:

Greet customers with a friendly and helpful attitude
Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
Answer product questions and assist with locating merchandise
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

✔️ What We're Looking For:

Previous retail or inventory experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
Comfortable using POS and inventory systems
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
