About the Role:

Join our team at Mueller Lumber Company as a Finish Carpenter, where craftsmanship meets innovation! In this role, you will bring your expertise to create stunning finishes that enhance the beauty and functionality of our projects.

Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials for finishing projects.
Install cabinets, trim, and moldings with precision and attention to detail.
Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Perform repairs and touch-ups on finished surfaces as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance skills.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter or similar role.
Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual tasks.
