Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials for finishing projects.
- Install cabinets, trim, and moldings with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Perform repairs and touch-ups on finished surfaces as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance skills.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual tasks.
