We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Floor Lead to join the team at Knudson Lumber. If you're a customer service expert with leadership experience, and you enjoy working with people in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Qualifications:

Do you have at least 1 year of experience in customer service?
Have you had at least 1 year of recent experience in a supervisory or team lead role?
Are you willing to work weekends?
Do you love working with people?

Willing to work all days between the hours of 7 am-6 pm

Responsibilities:

Assign tasks and responsibilities to members of the Sales Team, supervise their tasks, and follow up to ensure completion.
Supervise Sales Team members at the Sales Counter and Checkout Counters.
Conduct New Employee Sales Training for all new members of the Sales Team, either as directed or in the absence of the Sales Floor Manager.
Open and close the store as needed.

Compensation: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
