Job Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with paint and painting supplies, providing knowledgeable recommendations.
Accurately mix and match paint according to customer specifications.
Operate cash registers efficiently, ensuring accurate transaction processing.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the paint department and front-end areas.
Stock shelves and manage inventory as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service, answering customer inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to handle cash accurately and efficiently.
Experience in retail or paint mixing preferred but not required.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
