This is a keyholder position for a floor supervisor. We need someone available for evenings and weekends.

Job Summary:
Floor Supervisors are responsible for maximizing departmental sales and profitability, along with minimizing expenses. They also ensure that customer service is always the #1 focus. Floor Supervisors contribute to the growth and development of the store and the training of other store associates.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
- Execute the daily operational, and day-to-day goals and priorities, and assign duties to the department team.
- Accountable for assigned departmental integrity and continuous utilization of personnel.
- Ensure the department is front, faced and the product is pulled down from top stock.
- Ensure department floors, shelves, and overstocks are labeled, clean, and safe.
- Assist in planning for sales and major holiday or promotional events (i.e. Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.).
- Assist in training and developing store staff with goals for growth and success in their departments.
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring that all customers are acknowledged, customer needs are met, and concerns are resolved quickly.
Qualifications:
- Ability to provide motivation and leadership to associates storewide in a fair and impartial manner.
- Ability to stand for an extended period of time.
- Able to walk, reach, and bend to perform job duties.
- Move and handle merchandise and fixtures up to 40 pounds.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of the business.
