Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Assist management in planning and scheduling project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members.
- Resource Management: Assist in managing project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient use and minimize waste.
- Quality Control: Monitor project activities to ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and client specifications.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and address potential issues or delays promptly, proposing solutions to keep the project on track.
- Safety Compliance: Support the enforcement of safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Financial Tracking: Assist in tracking project expenses and managing budgets, ensuring cost-effective project delivery.
- Client Relations: Help maintain strong relationships with clients by providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or queries.
Qualifications:
- Preference give to those with experience in construction project management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in the construction industry.
- Knowledge and understanding of the LBM industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with both building materials supply and general contracting.
- Familiarity with construction management software.

Compensation: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
