PURPOSE
Perform lumberyard related tasks involving physical labor at our warehouse located in Rochester, MN and at customer locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.
Operate hand and power tools of various types such as: drill, saw, air hammers, etc
Clean and prepare sites.
Assist in maintaining tools and equipment: Lubricate, clean and repair.
Able to obtain a Forklift License through the company's training program.
To have proper dress attire. NO Shorts allowed.
Ability to lift/carry 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Truck Maintenance – Report any issues to Yard Foreman or Asst. Yard foreman.
Follow all directives of the yard Foreman/ Asst. Yard Foreman & Branch mangers.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Perform other duties assigned by Yard Managers.
Read and understand warning signs and labels on construction site equipment.
Understand and follow all company safety regulations.
Site Cleanliness: Pick up tools, and storing tools, equipment, and materials.
Conduct your work and actions with integrity.
Attend regularly scheduled safety meetings and trainings.
Retain instructions from Yard Manager.
Take initiative in learning new tasks.
Build strong leadership qualities here and at customer site.

Monday through Friday
7:00AM – 3:00PM

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
